Reta and Colorado’s AI law
Colorado’s new AI law, SB 26-189, takes effect on January 1, 2027. It covers AI that influences decisions about consumers.
What Reta does
Reta drafts documents, emails and updates, and it tracks deadlines and paperwork for your deals.
What Reta never does
Reta never makes decisions about buyers, sellers or tenants. The agent always approves. You review what Reta drafts and decide what happens next.
Where we stand
The rules that go with this law aren’t final yet. So we don’t claim Reta is “certified” or “compliant.” We’re watching as the rules are written and will update this page when they’re set.

Is Reta “compliant” with SB 26-189?
The rules for the law aren’t final yet, so we don’t claim to be certified or compliant. We’ll update this page as the rules are set.
Is this legal advice?
