The short version
Reta doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn’t run analytics today. Anything optional only runs if you say yes.
What we store on your device
Reta saves your sign-in session and your deals in your browser’s local storage so the app works and remembers you. A few small settings, like your text size and your cookie choice, are saved the same way. These are strictly necessary for the service and don’t need your consent.
Optional analytics
We don’t run visit analytics today. If we add them, they will load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, analytics stay off. You can change your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Services that load on our pages
Our fonts and images are served from our own site. The app loads two code libraries from public content networks (jsDelivr for sign-in and cdnjs for reading PDFs); like any website, those networks receive your IP address when they deliver the file. When you pay, Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s policies. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google’s sign-in page uses Google’s cookies.
Your choices
You can clear this information anytime in your browser settings or with “Clear all my data” in Reta’s Settings. Clearing it signs you out and removes deals saved in that browser.
