How it works

  1. Send photos. Your listing photos (3–12), the address, and a label for each room.
  2. Watch a free preview. We generate one clip in your chosen style. Not quite right? One free restyle with your notes.
  3. Approve and pay. Only then is your card charged, through our payment provider, Stripe.
  4. Get the tour. Every room clip, plus one-click exports of the whole tour in landscape and vertical, labeled for social.

How we shoot it

One house style: a slow, steady Steadicam move through each photo, shallow depth of field, a refined Architectural Digest look, no cuts. Each room gets the camera move that suits it (a glide toward the home, a dolly across the kitchen, a push toward the view). You pick the light, add director’s notes, and we build the prompt for every photo.

Where you can use it. Social media, your website, email and YouTube: yes. MLS photo and virtual tour fields: only where your MLS allows labeled AI media, and always next to your original photos. Honesty first. These are AI-enhanced visualizations built from your photos — the motion is generated, and every delivery carries an “AI cinema · AI-enhanced visualization” label. The tour only animates what’s actually in your photos; it never invents rooms, views or features. You’re responsible for your MLS’s and state’s disclosure rules for AI-enhanced media.

Questions

Is this part of my Reta membership?

No — and that’s deliberate. The membership stays one flat $99 with everything included. Tours are a separate service with real production costs, like a photographer, so they’re priced per tour and discounted for members.

Can I use it if I’m not a Reta member?

Yes. Anyone can order at $39 per tour. If the email you order with has an active membership, the $29 rate applies automatically. Members also see every tour inside the app next to the listing.

What if the preview isn’t right?

You get one free restyle: a different look, new notes, same photo. If you still don’t approve it, you pay nothing and we part friends.

What do I get?

A clip for each photo you send, generated in your chosen style, on a private page where you can watch and download everything, export the whole tour as one landscape or vertical video with the AI label on it, and get your original photos back. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
