Agreement
By creating an account or using Reta, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Reta for a brokerage or team, you confirm you can agree for them.
What Reta is
Reta is software that helps licensed real estate professionals with administrative work: tracking dates, organizing documents, drafting messages, writing marketing and answering routine questions. It is a tool for the agent, not a party to any transaction.
What Reta is not
Reta is not a real estate brokerage, a licensed real estate professional, a lawyer, a title company or a financial advisor, and nothing it produces is legal, tax or licensed real estate advice. It does not negotiate, interpret contract terms for anyone, or make decisions on your behalf.
You stay responsible
You are responsible for your deals, your contracts, your licensing obligations and everything sent in your name. Reta uses AI, and AI can make mistakes: it can misread a contract, miss a date or get a fee or county rule wrong. Check what Reta reads and writes against the source documents before relying on it, and confirm fees, deadlines and local rules with the right office. Nothing is sent to your clients or other parties without your approval unless you turn on automatic sending for routine reminders in Settings.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18. You may not use Reta for anything unlawful, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to collect payment or wiring details, or to try to break or overload the service.
Your content
You own the information and documents you put into Reta. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to share the information you add about clients and other parties, and that you’ll use it lawfully.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
New accounts get their first deal free: a free trial that lasts until the first deal is marked closed plus 7 days, and never longer than 60 days. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Reta Pro then costs $99 per month, billed monthly to that card until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Billing → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy for details. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change.
AI Listing Tours (a separate paid service)
AI Listing Tours are not part of the Reta subscription and are never included in the $99 monthly price. Each tour is ordered and paid for separately ($39 per tour, or $29 with an active membership; prices may change for future orders). You pay only after you watch and approve a free preview.
Tour videos are AI-enhanced visualizations generated from the photos you supply. Motion, lighting and transitions are created by AI, and deliveries are labeled accordingly. The service is designed to animate only what your photos show, but AI output can contain errors — review every clip before you publish it, and don’t publish anything that misrepresents the property.
You confirm you own or have the rights to use the photos you upload, and that using them this way doesn’t break your agreements with your photographer, seller, brokerage or MLS. You are responsible for your MLS’s, association’s and state’s rules on AI-enhanced or virtually staged media, including any disclosure they require.
We may decline or refund any order (for example, photos we can’t produce a good tour from, or content that isn’t a real estate listing).
Third-party services
Reta works alongside other tools, such as your email and calendar, and AI Listing Tours are generated with Higgsfield, a video AI provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Reta is not affiliated with or endorsed by CTM eContracts, MRI Software, or any MLS.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Reta available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and we’ll tell you about significant changes.
Disclaimers and limits
Reta is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to Reta is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions or a deal that doesn’t close.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Reta and cancel anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits) continue after the agreement ends.
