Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial
Every new account gets its first deal free: the free trial lasts until 7 days after you mark your first deal closed, and never longer than 60 days. You add a card to start, and you’re charged $0 during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re never charged.
After the trial
Reta Pro is $99 per month, charged to your card on the day the trial ends and then once a month. There are no setup fees, per-deal fees or hidden charges. Teammate seats are not available yet and are never charged.
How to cancel
Go to Billing → Manage billing → Cancel. It takes two clicks, and you can do it anytime, including during the trial. You can also email support@closehandai.com and we’ll cancel for you.
After you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t charge again after that.
Refunds
Monthly charges aren’t prorated or refunded for unused days. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we’ll refund it in full.
AI Listing Tours
Tours are a separate pay-per-tour service and work differently from the subscription:
The preview is free. You’re charged ($39, or $29 for members) only when you approve the preview.
One free restyle of the preview is included before you decide.
If we can’t finish producing your tour after you’ve paid, we refund you in full.
If a delivered clip misrepresents the property (invented features, warped rooms), email us within 7 days and we’ll regenerate it or refund the order in full.
Once a tour is delivered and usable, the fee isn’t refundable just for a change of heart — the production cost has been spent. When in doubt, email support@closehandai.com and a person will sort it out.
